St Clair Cty frequencies

Hello,



I have been having trouble picking up Fairview Heights, French Village, Belleville City and other Fire dispatches and on scene radio traffic. I have the 154.415 frq for Fairview Dispatch but nothing comes in anymore. I was told they may have changed frequencies or have gone to the 800 mhz Trunked system......... Can anyone help me with this? I am using a Uniden BC148XL-T base scanner.
